Google Hates Pregnant Women

A viral memo from a current Google employee alleges that the Silicon Valley giant discriminates against pregnant women (in addition to conservatives). In her 2,300-word memo titled “I’m Not Returning to Google After Maternity Leave, and Here is Why,” she says she endured months of “angry chats and emails” and even “public shaming” by a fellow female employee that only escalated after learning that potentially life-threatening complications would require early maternity leave. Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

Just one week after a former Google employee accused the company of discriminating against conservatives, a viral memo from a current employee alleges the company has been engaging in discrimination against pregnant women.

According to Motherboard, a memo written by a Google employee alleges that she was unfairly discriminated against for being pregnant. More than 10,000 employees have now read the accusations she laid out.

“Last week, the woman posted the memo, titled ‘I’m Not Returning to Google After Maternity Leave, and Here is Why,’ to an internal company message board for expecting and new mothers,” reports the outlet. “The memo was reposted to other internal message boards and has since gone viral, multiple current Google employees in different parts of the company have told Motherboard.”

Beto Blames Trump for El Paso

Almost immediately after the El Paso mass shooting on Saturday, floundering 2020 hopeful Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) went on CNN to blame President Trump’s “racism” for the tragedy. “He is a racist, and he stokes racism in this country . . . We have a president with white nationalist views in the United States today,” Beto told CNN. Read more…

Here’s more from Fox News…

The bodies in El Paso were barely cold when Beto O’Rourke started blaming President Trump.

“He is a racist, and he stokes racism in this country . . . We have a president with white nationalist views in the United States today,” the failing Democratic presidential candidate told CNN all Saturday night and Sunday.

He likened Trump’s “anti-immigrant rhetoric” to something out of the Third Reich. “He is an open, avowed racist and is encouraging more racism in this country and this is incredibly dangerous . . .

“Let’s connect the dots here on . . . who is responsible for this right now.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper cut to the chase: “Do you think President Trump is a white nationalist?”

Trump’s Actions Prove He’s No Racist

If actions speak louder than words, President Trump is no racist. If he were truly one, he’d be oppressing minorities, not uplifting and empowering them with policies he’s implemented that improve their lives.

Take criminal justice reform. President Trump led the charge and passed the First Step Act — working with leaders of the black community and lawmakers including Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J. Thanks to President Trump’s leadership, his administration has succeeded in freeing thousands of inmates, most of them black, from U.S. prisons and helping those reentering society find jobs and benefit from other life enhancement services.

If the president were a racist, as he’s being called by Democratic politicians and partisan media alike, would he be focused on giving thousands of black men freedom, job opportunities and a second chance at life? Or would he be throwing a generation of them in jail like Democrats did with the 1994 crime bill then-President Bill Clinton; Sens. Bernie Sanders, D-Vt., and Joe Biden D-Del.; and other lawmakers passed and signed into legislation?

Then there’s the economy. In less than three years, the Trump administration has created more than 5 million jobs and ushered in historically low unemployment for all Americans. In fact, under Trump’s stewardship, cutting job-killing regulations and implementing other pro-growth measures, the unemployment rate for black Americans today is less than half what it was under President Barack Obama. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported in June 2009 that the black unemployment rate was 14.7 percent. In June this year, that rate was 6%. Wages are also up, putting more money in Americans’ wallets.

The Wall Street Journal reported this week, “The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) on Tuesday published its annual revisions to personal income data, and the surprise was the huge jump in disposable income and employee compensation.

“The revisions show that employee compensation rose 4.5% in 2017 and 5% in 2018 — some $4.4 billion and $87.1 billion more than previously reported. The trend has continued into 2019, with compensation increasing $378 billion or 3.4% in the first six months alone. Wages and salaries were revised upward to 5.3% from 3.6% in May year over year.”

The Editorial Board continued, “And in June wages and salaries grew at an annual rate of 5.5%, which is a rocking 4.1% after adjusting for inflation.”

But that’s not all. The passage of the GOP 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is not only benefiting the middle class with lower utility costs, lower taxes and doubling of the child tax credit from $1,000 to $2,000 per qualifying child; tax incentives have been put into place to spur $100 billion in private capital investment to revitalize distressed communities throughout the country.

So while Trump’s political opponents on the left accuse him of being a racist for some gruffly worded tweets, voters should look at what he does, not what he says.

If Donald Trump were a white supremacist or a racist, someone who didn’t respect or value minorities, why on Earth would he be signing executive orders and legislation to pump billions of dollars into their cities and neighborhoods, making them nicer, safer and stronger?

And why would he hire a black man, Dr. Ben Carson, to lead the Department of Housing and Urban Development in revitalizing thousands of these distressed communities? “In 2018, President Trump signed an Executive Order establishing the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council,” states the White House website. “The Council is improving revitalization efforts by streamlining, coordinating, and targeting existing Federal programs to economically distressed areas, including Opportunity Zones.”

Real racists don’t uplift and empower people of color with freedom, jobs, higher wages and other life enhancements.
Additionally, President Trump is working to free an American black rapper, ASAP Rocky, who’s being imprisoned in Sweden. Trump has contacted the Swedish prime minister personally to secure his release and tweeted about it to his millions of followers.Wouldn’t a racist president be freeing only white people and focusing his attention elsewhere?

Here’s another place the president is focusing his attention: on executing a white supremacist on death row. Attorney General Bill Barr announced this week that after a decadeslong hiatus, the federal government is resuming the death penalty. Top of the list? Daniel Lewis Lee, a real racist who brutally murdered a family of three in 1999. He’s scheduled for execution Dec. 9.

So the next time Americans hear a Democrat — or the media echo chamber — falsely label the president a “racist,” they should look at the president’s actions. That’s a far better barometer than any slur or sound bite coming from his enemies.

ICE Released 218,400 Migrant “Family Members”

New data obtained by the Washington Examiner reveals that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released some 218,400 illegal immigrant “family members” into the United States between December 21, 2018, and July 28 of this year. Of course, many members of that nearly quarter million-strong number may just been unrelated adults traveling with children and benefitting from America’s generous asylum policies and the politics of overcrowded facilities. Now, they are presumably in line with 900,000 other asylum candidates backlogged and awaiting adjudication-assuming they bother to show up in court. Read more…

Here’s more from Washington Examiner…

The federal Homeland Security agency tasked with removing people illegally present in the country has released a couple hundred thousand immigrant families into the interior of the United States since late December, according to data obtained by the Washington Examiner. Those let loose will not be subject to deportation, at least not until after a hearing they are supposed to attend that is years away.

A total 218,400 people who either illegally entered the country or showed up without proper documentation at a port of entry along the southwest border were let go from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody and set free in the U.S. between Dec. 21, 2018 through July 28.

All of those released were family units, which means each person arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border with a child or parent. Adults sometimes travel with children they are unrelated to and claim to be a family.

Celebes Travel to Climate Summit in Private Jets and Yachts

Celebs may give lip service to caring for planet earth, but that doesn’t mean they’re ready to sacrifice traveling in style. In the case of at least 114 A-list attendees at Google’s $20 million exclusive Italian villa climate summit, they were expected to show up in 114 private jets, while others showed up on their megayachts and less-than-fuel-efficient Maserati SUVs. Among the attendees: former President Barack Obama, Leonardo DiCaprio, Katy Perry, and Prince Harry. Read more…

Here’s more from Page Six…

The world’s rich and famous have flocked to a posh Italian resort to talk about saving Mother Earth — but they sure are punishing her in the process.

The billionaire creators of Google have invited a who’s who of A-list names— including former President Barack Obama, Prince Harry, Leonardo DiCaprio and Katy Perry — to the Sicilian seaside for a mega-party they’ve dubbed Google Camp.

The three-day event will focus on fighting climate change — though it’s unknown how much time the attendees will spend discussing their own effect on the environment, such as the scores of private jets they arrived in and the mega yachts many have been staying on.

Kamala Flips on Decriminalizing Illegal Immigration

Kamala Harris now appears to be flip-flopping on her support for decriminalizing illegal immigration. “I’m not in favor of decriminalizing or not having consequence for, let me be very clear, we have to have a secure border, but I am in favor of saying that we’re not going to treat people who are undocumented cross the border as criminals, that is correct, that is correct.” Read more…

Here’s more from The Daily Wire…

It appears that Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) has wavered on her support (or lack thereof) for the decriminalization of unauthorized border crossings.

As noted by Fox News, Kamala Harris notoriously joined her fellow 2020 contenders at the first Democratic Party presidential debate in raising hands in support of decriminalizing unauthorized border crossings. This past Friday, however, the senator seemed to reverse — or, at minimum, muddle — her position when pressed about it on “The View” by Meghan McCain.

“That is not correct. I’m not in favor of decriminalizing or not having consequence for, let me be very clear, we have to have a secure border, but I am in favor of saying that we’re not going to treat people who are undocumented cross the border as criminals, that is correct, that is correct,” Harris told McCain.

Trump Proposes to Close Food Stamp “Loophole”

President Trump is threatening to close a loophole in food stamp rules, which Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue argues is being intentionally misused by states to “effectively bypass important eligibility guidelines.” According to Fox News, federal policy allows those who receive benefits through other programs, such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), to automatically qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits despite current guidelines that would otherwise cut off prospective recipients making more than 130 percent of the poverty level. Read more…

Here’s more from Fox News…

A proposed rule change for the food-stamp program, outlined this past week by the Agriculture Department, has highlighted the ideological clash between President Trump’s attempts to tighten government entitlement programs and efforts in some states to widen the social safety net.

Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said the proposed rule change was intended to close a “loophole” that states have misused to “effectively bypass important eligibility guidelines.”

Current federal guidelines have forbidden people making more than 130 percent of the poverty level from getting aid through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). However, officials in many states have said the cap was too restrictive, especially in cities with a high cost of living, prompting them to bypass the limits.

Mueller’s 2-Year Political Hit Job

It’s time to investigate the investigators — including liberal lawmakers — who were complicit in a conspiracy to frame President Trump and remove him from office using the almighty power of the U.S. Justice Department.
What we saw unfold at the Bob Mueller congressional hearing this week should alarm every American.
The special counsel tasked to lead the investigation the past two years wasn’t capable of holding such a position. Throughout the multi-hour hearing on Capitol Hill Wednesday, our nation saw a confused and disoriented man, Bob Mueller, who didn’t have a grasp of the facts and key information contained within his 448-page report. Mueller had trouble answering simple questions indicating he wasn’t in charge of the investigation into the Trump campaign and the current administration — someone else was.
Who, exactly? Was Mueller’s staff of Trump-hating prosecutors who wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 presidential election driving the sham investigation to punish her political opponents?
It’s well known that the majority of lawyers on the special counsel legal team were staunch liberals who donated tens of thousands to Clinton’s campaign and to other Democrats. Several had other glaring conflicts of interest, such as Jeannie Rhee, who represented the Clinton family in the past, including work for the Clinton Foundation. And then there’s Mueller’s top deputy, Andrew Weissman, who attended a political event to support Hillary Clinton during the last presidential cycle. Weismann also praised Sally Yates, a former Department of Justice official who served in the Obama administration, for disobeying orders from President Trump and refusing to cooperate with his administration.
Every single lawyer on the special counsel team who had blatant conflicts of interest and/or political bias should’ve never have been part of the investigation.
Let’s not forget that former Attorney General Jeff Sessions was forced to recuse himself — following heavy pressure from Democratic lawmakers and their backers in media — from overseeing the special counsel investigation because he supported candidate Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign. Why the double standard with Mueller’s legal team?
Extreme anti-Trump bias wasn’t the only troubling issue involving the “get Trump” special counsel — far from it.
Mueller revealed during his testimony that he, mandated to investigate foreign interference into the 2016 election, singularly focused on contacts between Russians and the Trump campaign while simultaneously failing to investigate real Russian “collusion” and interference by Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic Party.
It’s well known that Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid millions to Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm that contracted ex-British spy Christopher Steele and Russian informants to concoct the illicit “dirty dossier,” which was chock full of anti-Trump lies and Russian disinformation. That foreign-sourced propaganda was then used by then-FBI Director James Comey — a Trump hater who was later fired by the president — and others within the highest echelons of the DOJ to obtain FISA warrants, spy on the Trump campaign and subsequently open criminal investigations into Trump and his associates.
The dossier was the epicenter of the whole ordeal, but Mueller admitted during his testimony that he didn’t bother to look into it, claiming it was beyond his purview.
Seriously, folks?
How is Hillary Clinton, her campaign and the DNC immune to allegations of Russian interference in U.S. elections when they commissioned the foreign-sourced dossier and paid for it? When asked by congressional lawmakers about Fusion GPS during the hearing, Mueller shockingly said he didn’t know what the company was, implausible given its significant role in this whole three-ring circus.
So there you have it. The special counsel — filled with anti-Trump partisans — directed the investigation toward the president, his family, his former campaign and his administration while turning a blind eye to Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC, the ones who actually did work with the Russians and other foreigners, all to delegitimize the results of the election. And remove the president via politically fueled calls for impeachment.
All of which highlights that the special counsel investigation was a political hit job from the get-go orchestrated by Democrats and the deep state to effect an illicit coup — using the weight of the U.S. justice system as their weapon — against a duly elected president. This is patently un-American and cannot stand.
Attorney General Bill Barr must hold all conspirators accountable to restore trust in our justice system. A failure to do so will have devastating consequences for our country, the rule of law and our democracy predicated on free elections where the people select their leaders — not powerful elites or dirty cops — within our government.

Amazon Dumps Anti-Islamization Category, Cites “Quality Assurance”

For two years, Amazon hosted on its platform the film “Killing Europe,” which focused on the dangers of mass immigration to Europe by Muslims but not anymore. According to the film’s director, Michael Hansen, Amazon cited “customer content quality expectations” but has not responded to repeated requests for details on what specific content triggered the film’s removal. “What I fear is that here in the U.S. you’re starting to see the beginnings of the same thing,” Hanson said. “If you’re conservative nowadays, you gotta run a gauntlet between these armed thugs. If you’re not careful here in the United States, you’re going to lose that public space. It’s happening rapidly.” Read more…

Here’s more from WND…

Amazon removed a documentary from its Prime Video service on the subject of Islam and mass immigration in Europe, citing “quality assurance” concerns.

The film by Michael Hansen, “Killing Europe,” had been hosted on the platform since 2017 without issue, reported Breitbart News.

The censorship came shortly after Breitbart did a story about another Hansen documentary, “Killing Free Speech,” which addresses the rise of Antifa and Big Tech censorship in the United States.

Federal Judge Blocks Arkansas’ Abortion Restrictions

U.S. District Judge Kristine Baker issued a 159-page order blocking Arkansas from enforcing its new pro-life legislation, arguing that it would likely force the state’s only surgical abortion clinic to close. Among the provisions are measures prohibiting abortions after 18 weeks of pregnancy, abortions due to a Down syndrome diagnosis, and also requiring that doctors performing abortions be board certified or board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology. The lawsuit was originally brought by the American Civil Liberties Union, which commented that it is “determined to see them blocked for good.” Read more…

Here’s more from Fox News…

The laws are being challenged by Little Rock Family Planning Services, the state’s only surgical abortion clinic, and Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood only offers medication-induced abortions at its Arkansas facilities. Planned Parenthood earlier this month stopped providing medication-induced abortions at its Fayetteville facility while it looks for a new location, but is still providing the procedure at its Little Rock center.

The challenge was filed on behalf of the plaintiffs by ACLU of Arkansas. Its spokeswoman, Holly Dickson, said ACLU attorneys were poring over the order and will have a statement later Wednesday. For now, “We are so relieved that these bans and restrictions have been temporarily blocked from taking effect. And we are determined to see them blocked for good,” she said.

A message left with a spokeswoman for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office was not immediately returned early Wednesday.
